What are others saying about our program?

It is no exaggeration to say my experience at Seva changed my life. Not only is my asana practice stronger for the training, but I was able to heal emotional pain I’d carried for years. Melissa challenged me, inspired me, and helped me find my authentic self along the way. I am stronger, healthier and happier, and am forever grateful for her guidance.

Taking teacher training at Seva Yoga was life-changing. On a personal level, it deepened my practice, improving my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Melissa, Amy and all the teachers provided a well-rounded program, with a variety of expertise and knowledge. They and my fellow teacher trainees were all so supportive and encouraging. I completed the program feeling confident, ready to teach, and on fire to share the gift of yoga with others. I am so grateful for this journey.

I never dreamed that when I retired from teaching school almost 8 years ago that I’d be teaching yoga.  I’m so thankful that an open heart led me to this exciting second act!  Thank you Melissa Tungl for your knowledge, encouragement and faith in me!  Thank you to the Seva Yoga Community and my fellow trainees for your support and love.  Namaste!
