The Yamas and Niyamas are the first two limbs of the eight limbs of Yoga. With five points each, the yamas and niyamas deal with good behavior toward others and disciplined actions toward Self. We will explore each one and discuss how we can be more mindful and intentional in our daily practice.
The first week we will discuss Yamas, the Second Niyamas.
Donation based course and all welcome to attend. Bring a journal and tea or water. This will be discussion only-no posture so come as you are!
