I started practicing yoga after the birth of my first child in 2006, I loved the way it helped me “reclaim” my body and gave me space to breathe. As my life continued to evolve by relocating to West Michigan and adding to our family; so has my practice. It is always with me, like the ever present light within.
In my classes, expect to breathe, develop strength, sweat and smile. My goal is for students to feel empowered in their bodies, calm in the mind and light in the soul.
