My yoga practice deepened after art and design school from a primarily athletic exploration to a way to find mental and emotional relief. The time I spent breathing on my mat began to come into my everyday life. After many years of practice, I learned to teach through Seva Yoga in hopes that I could share the deeper gifts of peace and spirituality that the asana practice can lead to. I continue to study with master teachers so that I can bring attention and alignment to the body and heart. I hope that my students will use the physical practice to connect to a place of gratitude and creative consciousness in all layers of their being.
