I have loved yoga from the first day I began practicing, nearly 20 years ago.  My favorite asana is Half Pigeon because it illustrates the progress I’ve made, and taught me to breathe through discomfort.  I love that Seva has such a diverse set of great teachers, and enough variation in classes, that there is truly a yoga class for everyone.

I also have an unnatural love for my Garmin Forerunner 910X watch.  I wear it 24/7 so that it captures all my activity and sleep data.  When I’m training for a race I get positively geeky over analyzing all my swim/bike/run details.   I love watching a planned workout on my training plan turn green once it’s completed.  It’s like crossing a task off your list on the way to a goal–very satisfying.
