After her first class, she saw that she could find what she was looking for- a chance to stay active, but also to leave knowing there was so much more to uncover. When she started using yoga as a tool to cope with anxiety and depression, seeing the huge changes it was creating in her life, Hollie knew she had to share this practice with others.
As a dedicated lifelong student of yoga, Hollie hopes to continue to grow as a teacher and continually learn from students.
