September is back and brings the 3rd anniversary of the birth of my little lark - Seva Yoga Studio.

Seva Yoga where practice can begin and new and old friends can meet to explore the study of Yoga. We constantly strive to provide the highest quality Yoga instruction from our staff of knowledgeable Yoga instructors.

We offer classes that are not only fun but challenging as well. Our instructors are at your service to guide new Yogis into safe and structured exploration, and yet also have the experience to bring a seasoned Yogi to new heights and awareness.

Come and see, come and find your Self in your practice at Seva. We are always ready to welcome you.

  • 3-Year anniversary Master Class - Thursday September 10th 6pm -7:30pm
    Special Guest Instructor - Daniel Gottleib
    Class will be about Welcoming the fall equinox with a Moving Mediation Detox Vinyasa. Previous experience is recommended however all levels are encouraged to attend. Join us in celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Seva Yoga as Yoga Dan leads us in a Music-filled Flow.
    $15 registration - $20 at the door, space permitting.
    No Passes.


  • Art of the Pose - with Mimi Ray - Saturday September 26th 1-3pm
    Heart Opening & Urdhva Dhanurasana
    We will examine a specific pose, and the path toward mastering this asana. Strength, flexibility, courage, power.... Come explore, play, take your practice deeper with this refined focus. This process of discovery serves to awaken & empower all your poses.
    $30 registration fee, $35 day of space permitting.
